Period Availability Sample Clauses

The Period Availability clause defines the specific timeframes during which certain rights, services, or resources are accessible under the agreement. Typically, it outlines start and end dates, recurring periods, or conditions that determine when availability is granted, such as business hours, project phases, or subscription cycles. This clause ensures both parties have a clear understanding of when obligations or entitlements are active, thereby preventing disputes over access and helping to manage expectations regarding timing.
