Common use of Period of the Contract Clause in Contracts

Period of the Contract. The Contract shall enter into force on the day of conclusion and shall be valid 12 (twelve) months. The Customer shall have the right to unilaterally terminate the Contract before its expiry at one month's notice to the Contractor. In this case, all the issues should be settled before the termination of the Contract that are related to the acceptance of the actually executed volume of the Task and payment of the remuneration under the Contract. All amendments and modifications to the Treaty shall be binding only in writing, if they have been approved in writing. Similarly, the exchange of documents between the Parties shall be executed in writing (including electronically). The terms used herein in the singular shall have the same meaning as in the plural, and if the content requires it, a term used in the singular should be understood as used in the plural and, respectively, a term used in the plural should be understood as used in the singular.
