PERIODS OF PERFORMANCE Clause Samples

The "Periods of Performance" clause defines the specific time frame during which contractual obligations must be fulfilled. It typically outlines the start and end dates for the work or services to be performed, and may include provisions for extensions or adjustments if necessary. By clearly establishing these time limits, the clause ensures that both parties understand their scheduling commitments and helps prevent disputes over deadlines or project duration.
