Permanent Substitutes Clause Samples
The "Permanent Substitutes" clause establishes the conditions under which a party may replace an originally designated individual or resource with a permanent substitute. Typically, this clause outlines the qualifications or approval process required for the substitute to ensure continuity and maintain standards, such as when an employee assigned to a project is replaced by another with equivalent skills. Its core function is to provide flexibility in staffing or resource allocation while ensuring that the quality and obligations of the agreement are upheld, thereby minimizing disruptions and maintaining contractual performance.
