Unit Member Clause Samples
The "Unit Member" clause defines who qualifies as a member of a specific unit within an organization, association, or entity. It typically outlines the criteria for membership, such as eligibility requirements, application procedures, and any obligations or rights associated with being a unit member. For example, it may specify that only individuals who meet certain professional qualifications or pay dues can become members. This clause ensures clarity regarding membership status, helping to prevent disputes and establish a clear framework for participation and governance within the unit.
