Permissible Use. The Lessee shall during the continuance of this lease, conduct upon said Demised Premises a printing and/or office supply and furniture business and shall neither use nor suffer the same to be used for any other purpose without the prior written consent of the Lessor, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld. Lessee shall conduct and manage the Demised Premises in proper and orderly manner and will not allow the Demised Premises or any part thereof to be used for any illegal or immoral purpose and will not carry on or permit upon said Demised Premises any offensive, noisy, or dangerous trade, business, manufacture or occupation of a nuisance. Lessee shall not alter the drainage of the Premises. Lessor hereby represents and warrants to the best of their knowledge that (i) no "Hazardous Substances," as defined hereinafter, have been discharged, dispersed, released, stored, treated, generated, disposed of or allowed to escape on the Premises prior to the date of this Lease; (ii) the operations of the business of The ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Company (the "Company) on the Demised Premises and the buildings in which it is conducted conform with all applicable restrictive covenants, deeds and restrictions and all applicable Federal, state and local laws, ordinances and regulations (including those relating to zoning and environmental protection), and such buildings and operations do not encroach upon, and are not encroached upon by, property of others; and all buildings or operations of Company and the business that are subject to the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970, as amended, comply with employee working conditions as prescribed by such Act; (iii) the Demised Premises have no underground storage tanks, either empty or containing any liquid, including but without limitation solvents, fuel or waste oil, on any premises used in its business; (iv) Company has obtained all permits, licenses and other authorizations and filed all notices which are required to be obtained or filed by Company for the operation of its business on the Demised Premises under Federal, state and local laws relating to pollution, protection of the environment or waste disposal ("Environmental Laws"); (v) the Company is in compliance in all respects (a) with all terms and conditions of all required permits, licenses and authorizations; and (b) all other applicable limitations, restrictions, conditions, standards, prohibitions, requirements, obligations, schedules and timetables contained in...

Permissible Use. The Merchant processing manual off-line vouchers will follow the FNS current policies and/or regulations. For States where FIS is the Host processor, manual off-line vouchers can only be used in the event of a Host system failure or a Cardholder’s State has declared a disaster. When the EBT Host system is unavailable, the maximum amount that may be authorized to a cardholder is determined by the Cardholder’s State. For States where FIS is not the Host Processor, Merchant will follow the rules of the Host Processors rules related to manual off- line voucher usage.

Permissible Use. All City owned telephone systems and cellular phones should be used to conduct official City business only. As such, the use of such City owned property shall be subject to the policies set forth below. Permissible Use. Customer agrees that it shall not engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Hosted Communication Services or servers or networks connected to the Hosted Communication Services. Except as allowed by the administrative console, the Hosted Services APIs, or this Agreement, Customer agrees not to alter the Hosted Communication Services or any information transmitted through the Hosted Communication Services to Subscribers. Customer shall not, and shall not authorize third parties to, use or access the Hosted Communication Services in a manner not in compliance with the terms of the Agreement. Customer shall make commercially reasonable efforts to (i) monitor and disable (if under Customer’s control) any such access or use by unauthorized parties (including, but not limited to, spammers or any third party sites); and (ii) notify Google of any access by unauthorized parties that Customer is not able to disable. The parties agree to comply with all applicable export and reexport control laws and regulations in connection with creating and administering Subscriber Accounts, including the Export Administration Regulations (“EAR”) maintained by the U.S. Department of Commerce, trade and economic sanctions maintained by the Treasury Department’s Office of Foreign Assets Control.

Permissible Use. On and from the Affiliate Agreement Start Date, we grant you a non-transferable, revocable, non-exclusive licence for the Term of this Affiliate Agreement to use the CTM in Australia only in relation to the Responsible Entity’s Certified Item provided that: such use is strictly in accordance with this Affiliate Agreement and any of the Responsible Entity's or our other written directions or approvals given to you; when using the CTM, you submit to us any draft materials containing the CTM for our review and approval each time you propose to use the CTM in a substantially new way prior to any publication or distribution of those materials; and if the Item ceases to be Certified, you must immediately cease to use the CTM and any materials containing the CTM in connection with the Item. You agree to only use the CTM in connection with the Certified Item, for the Permitted Use and Permitted Time on the Conditions of Use set out at clause 2, and only if we have not Notified you that the Item's Certification has been suspended, revoked or terminated or the Responsible Entity has not complied with its obligations under its agreement with us. You must not use the CTM under this Affiliate Agreement in a manner that directly or indirectly: misrepresents the nature of Certification of the Item; or indicates that you are Certified, approved or endorsed under the Standard, or in any other manner by us. You must only use the Variant of the CTM corresponding to the Certification of the Item, unless you have a separate agreement with us to use any Other Variants of the CTM in connection with any other Certifications under the Standard. For the purposes of the User Guide, by agreeing to these Affiliate Terms and Conditions we approve you as an "Approved User" (as defined in the User Guide); and these Affiliate Terms and Conditions constitute the "Terms and Conditions for use of the Certification Trade Mark" (as defined in the User Guide). You must cooperate with any of our audits (including spot audits by an Auditor appointed by us) of your compliance with this Affiliate Agreement, including by providing documents and information required to be held under this Affiliate Agreement or as envisaged under the Standard or User Guide. Permissible Use. Bellco may from time to time limit permissible Electronic Funds Transfers (EFT’s). In any case, EFT’s may only be used for transactions permitted by law. You agree that illegal use of EFT’s will be deemed an action of default and/or breach of contract and such service and/or other related services may be terminated at the discretion of Bellco. You further agree, should you or any Authorized User, conduct illegal activity through the use of an EFT, to waive the right to ▇▇▇ Bellco for such illegal activity or, activity directly or indirectly related to it. You also agree to indemnify and hold Bellco harmless from any suits or other legal action or liability, directly or indirectly, resulting from such illegal activity.
