Permission Required Sample Clauses
The 'Permission Required' clause establishes that certain actions or uses are only allowed if explicit approval is obtained from a specified party, typically the contract owner or licensor. In practice, this means that activities such as sublicensing, modifying, or distributing materials covered by the agreement cannot proceed without prior written consent. This clause serves to maintain control over sensitive or valuable rights, ensuring that the party granting permission can manage risks and prevent unauthorized use.
