Permission to Show and Occupy Premises. The Lessor and its agents may show the Apartment to prospective Lessees, contractors and architects at reasonable times after notice of the Lessee's intention to cancel. After August 31st or the earlier vacating of the apartment, the Lessor and its agents, employees and Lessees may enter the Apartment, occupy the same and make such alterations and additions therein as the Lessor may deem necessary or desirable without diminution or abatement of the rent due hereunder.
