Common use of Permit Coordination Clause in Contracts

Permit Coordination. When specified in a work authorization, the Technical Expert shall coordinate Section 404 Permits, Section 401 Permits, and Section 10 Permits with the USACE and/or TCEQ. The Technical Expert shall perform all tasks necessary to obtain the permit. If the permit application is determined incomplete by the State or USACE and/or TCEQ, the Technical Expert shall make all the changes necessary to make the permit application complete at no additional cost to the State. The Technical Expert shall provide permits and documentation of all permit applications, including original correspondence, to the State.
