Common use of Permits and authorisations Clause in Contracts

Permits and authorisations. Any type of permit and/or authorisation required for the implementation of the programme and its operations shall be provided in due time by the competent authorities of the beneficiary country, in accordance with national law and, where applicable, in compliance with the acquis communautaire, having regard, in this case, to the principle of proportionality referred to in Article 2(2) of this Agreement.
