Common use of Permits and Entitlements Clause in Contracts

Permits and Entitlements. To the best of Seller’s knowledge, Seller has obtained all governmental permits, licenses, approvals and authorizations (including, but not limited to, the Permits and Entitlements) required for the ownership, operation, maintenance and management of the Property, and all such permits, licenses, approvals and authorizations (including, but not limited to, the Permits and Entitlements) are in full force and effect and, to the extent the same are material and are not part of the Excluded Property, are transferable to Buyer. Tenant has obtained all state and local governmental permits, licenses, approvals and authorizations necessary to cultivate and process cannabis plant parts and resins into products and store the same for transport, and all such permits, licenses, approvals and authorizations are in full force and effect.
