No Entitlements. This Agreement is not an employment agreement, and nothing in this Agreement or the Plan shall alter an Employee’s status as an “at-will” employee of the Company Group subject to the rights (if any) that the Employee may have under any employment agreement existing between any member of the Company Group and the Employee.
