Common use of Permits and Licensing Clause in Contracts

Permits and Licensing. Architect represents that Architect (including Architect’s agents, employees, volunteers, and subcontractors, as applicable) possesses all special certifications, licenses, inspections and permits required by law to carry out the Scope of Work contemplated in this Agreement. Architect’s agents, employees, volunteers, and subcontractors, as applicable, shall maintain appropriate accreditation and licensing, as required, through the State of Texas or other applicable licensing entities. Prior to the performance of any services under this Agreement, Architect shall, upon written (including electronic) request, provide proof of valid licensure to HCED (including a listing of all licenses and expiration dates).
