Common use of Permits and Licensing Clause in Contracts

Permits and Licensing. All permits and licenses if required by the State of Florida for the installation of a commercial wheelchair lift are included in this agreement and will be paid by First Coast Elevator Inc. ▪ Keys: First Coast Elevator will provide one complete set of keys for each key switch installed in the wheelchair lift per job specifications. ▪ Drawings: First Coast Elevator Inc. will provide one complete set of wiring diagrams to the Owner upon final inspection and release for use by the public. Additional set of prints will be available per job specifications. ▪ Warranty: First Coast Elevator Inc. will warranty all of the material installed under this agreement for a period of one year or 12 months after the substantial completion of the wheelchair lift. Manufacturer’s warranty begins at the shipping date and will continue for 2 years from the shipping date. ▪ Drawings: First Coast Elevator Inc. will furnish drawings of the general arrangement of the wheelchair lift equipment per job specifications.
