Permits, Approvals and Authorizations. Architect shall provide DISTRICT with a list of all usual and customary permits, approvals or other authorizations required for the Project from all federal, state or local governmental bodies with approval jurisdiction over the Project. Architect shall then assist the DISTRICT in obtaining all such permits, approvals and other authorizations. The costs of such permits, approvals and other authorizations shall be paid by the DISTRICT.

Architect shall provide DISTRICT support Owner with a list of all usual and customary applicable permits, approvals or and/or other authorizations required for the Project from all federal, state or local governmental bodies with approval jurisdiction over the Project. Architect shall then assist the DISTRICT Owner in obtaining its efforts to obtain all such permits, approvals and other authorizations. The costs of such permits, approvals and other authorizations shall be paid by the DISTRICTOwner. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Owner shall be responsible for filing documents required for the approval of governmental authorities having jurisdiction over the Project.
