Permits, Approvals and Authorizations. Engineer shall provide District with a list of all permits, approvals or other authorizations required from all federal, state or local governmental bodies with approval jurisdiction over the services. Engineer shall then assist the District in obtaining all such permits, approvals and other authorizations. The costs of such permits, approvals and other authorizations shall be paid by the District.
