Permits, Licenses and Training. Contractor has complied with all federal, state and local laws relating to the work to be performed by Contractor's employees and has obtained professional licenses, business permits, certificates and training required to carry out the services under this Agreement.
Permits, Licenses and Training. You will maintain the appropriate business and other licenses and permits. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the appropriate training and equipment, including first aid supplies, for your activities in the Space. You will carry out your activities in compliance with public health laws, orders, and guidelines as well as Client’s protocols.

  • Permits/Licenses Contractor and all Contractor’s employees or agents shall secure and maintain in force such permits and licenses as are required by law in connection with the furnishing of services pursuant to this Contract.

  • Permits and Licenses The Contractor shall observe and comply with all laws, rules, and regulations affecting services under this Agreement. The Contractor shall procure and keep in full force and effect during the term of this Agreement all permits and licenses necessary to accomplish the Work contemplated in this Agreement.
