The Permitted Installation clause defines what types of installations, modifications, or additions a tenant or user is allowed to make within a leased property or premises. Permitted Installation. KSFiberNet may at KSFiberNet’s sole cost and expense and during the term of this Agreement, locate, construct, place, attach, install, operate, use, control, repair, replace, upgrade, enhance and maintain the Facilities subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. KSFiberNet shall undertake and perform any work authorized by this Agreement in a skillful and workmanlike manner.
Permitted Installation. Mobilitie may at Mobilitie’s sole cost and expense and during the term of this Agreement, locate, construct, place, attach, install, operate, use, control, repair, replace, upgrade, enhance and maintain the Facilities subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Mobilitie shall undertake and perform any work authorized by this Agreement in a skillful and workmanlike manner.
Permitted Installation. JMZ may at JMZ’s sole cost and expense and during the term of the Agreement, locate, construct, place, attach, install, bury underground, operate, use, control, repair, replace, upgrade, enhance and maintain the Facilities subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. JMZ shall undertake and perform work authorized by this Agreement in a skillful and workmanlike manner.
Permitted Installation. Licensee may at Licensee’s sole cost and expense and during the Term of this Agreement, locate, place, attach, install, operate, use, control, repair, upgrade, enhance and maintain in the City’s ROW the Equipment depicted and described in Exhibit A. Licensee shall undertake and perform any work authorized by this Agreement in a skillful, diligent, and workmanlike manner.
Permitted Installation. Prior to installation or work of any kind on City-owned property, the Permittee shall obtain a SAF Permit and Building Permit. Additionally, the Permittee shall obtain an encroachment permit if the SAF is proposed in the Public ROW. Permittee may at Permittee’s sole cost and expense and during the term of this Agreement, locate, place, attach, install, operate, use, control, repair, upgrade, enhance and maintain the Facilities in the City’s Right of Way (“ROW”). Permittee will exclusively be placing the Facilities on JPA owned Poles and city infrastructure located in the City’s ROW, as described in Exhibit “A”, attached herein to this Agreement. All costs associated with the removal and replacement of such poles will be at Permittee’s full expense.
Permitted Installation. Zayo may at Zayo’s sole cost and expense and during the term of this Agreement, locate, construct, place, attach, install, operate, use, control, repair, replace, upgrade, enhance and maintain the Facilities subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Zayo shall undertake and perform any work authorized by this Agreement in a skillful and workmanlike manner.
Permitted Installation. TrackMan Basic and TrackMan Performance Studio(if applicable): TrackMan Basic and TrackMan Performance Studio may be in- stalled in either one or more individual standalone computers or on a central location on a single designated network server. TrackMan Workbench (if applicable): TrackMan WorkBench may be installed in either one or more individual standalone computers or on a central location on a single designated network server. The Buyer may have only as many Li- censed Users simultaneously operating TrackMan WorkBench at any given time as the number of Dongle Keys acquired by the Buyer from TrackMan for TrackMan WorkBench. The Buyer is prohibited from providing access to TrackMan WorkBench to users located outside the Buyers physical address (the delivery address as stated in the Purchase Agreement). TrackMan Range Software (if applicable): TrackMan™ Range Software may be installed on any computer sys- tem part of the TrackMan Range Bay Hardware as defined in the Purchase Agreement.
Permitted Installation. You may download and install the Software on your mobile devices only.

(1) computer which may be used by the number of allocated users for whom you have paid MCC the applicable license fee.
