Permitting Services Requirements. The Judicial Council's Facilities Services Manager of Quality Compliance ("Quality Compliance Manager") serves as the Building Official for the Judicial Council under title 24 of the California Code of Regulations ("California Building Code") and is responsible for the plan review, permitting, and inspection services required for work on Court facilities for which the Judicial Council is responsible (collectively, "Permitting Services"). Any aspect of the Project that consists of or may include Facilities Work must carry out and complete all necessary and applicable Permitting Services as determined by the Quality Compliance Manager in accordance with the California Building Code. The Permitting Services that may be needed for Facilities Work for the Project is generally set forth in the Plan Review, Permitting, and Inspection Matrix ("PRPI Matrix") prepared and maintained by the Quality Compliance Manager, as may be updated from time to time and is incorporated herein by this reference; a copy of which may be provided to the Court upon request. Prior to performing any aspect of the Project that may or does include Facilities Work, the Court shall communicate with the Quality Compliance Manager with respect to the applicability of Permitting Services under the PRPI Matrix to that Facilities Work. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Parties acknowledge and agree that Permitting Services needing to be completed may also include compliance with the requirements of all other authorities having jurisdiction such as, without limitation, (a) the local county having jurisdiction for Permitting Services over a particular facility in addition to or instead of the Judicial Council,

  • SERVICES REQUIRED In accordance with the terms and conditions of the Contract, including all Contract Documents incorporated by reference, Vendor shall deliver throughout the term of the Contract including renewal or extension periods (if any), orphan well plugging and related services (“Services”), including all labor, qualified personnel, management, coordination, equipment, materials, insurance, bonding, and incidentals to fulfill all requirements and deliver all goods and/or services required under the Contract in accordance with applicable method protocols, industry/trade best practices, and all rules, regulations, and laws related thereto. “Contract Documents” include: a.   • Information and Services Required of the Owner The Owner shall provide information with reasonable promptness, regarding requirements for and limitations on the Project, including a written program which shall set forth the Owner’s objectives, constraints, and criteria, including schedule, space requirements and relationships, flexibility and expandability, special equipment, systems, sustainability and site requirements.

  • Subcontractor Requirements The Supplier must ensure that any subcontract entered into for the purpose of this Agreement contains an equivalent clause granting the rights specified in this clause.

  • TESTING SERVICES DESCRIPTION This Exhibit contains additional terms and conditions applicable to testing services for digestive disorders (the “Testing Services”) that you may have purchased. The additional terms and conditions in this Exhibit only apply to the services described in this Exhibit.

  • Subcontract Requirements As required by Section 6.22(e)(5) of the Administrative Code, Contractor shall insert in every subcontract or other arrangement, which it may make for the performance of Covered Services under this Agreement, a provision that said subcontractor shall pay to all persons performing labor in connection with Covered Services under said subcontract or other arrangement not less than the highest general prevailing rate of wages as fixed and determined by the Board of Supervisors for such labor or services.
