Common use of Personal and Professional Development Clause in Contracts

Personal and Professional Development. All full-time employees covered by this memorandum of understanding are eligible for reimbursement of expenses related to approved professional development activities, participation in civic clubs and organizations, or computer hardware, or computer software related to City business or career development; and physical fitness clubs or programs in an amount up to $750 per fiscal year. No more than $250 per year may be spent on physical fitness clubs or programs.
