Common use of Personal Computer Equipment Clause in Contracts

Personal Computer Equipment. 12 No personal computers and/or personal electronic devices, such as tablets, smart 13 phones, and laptop computers, or any component thereof, may be purchased with funds provided 14 under this Agreement, regardless of purchase price, without prior written approval of 15 ADMINISTRATOR.
