Common use of Personal Computer Equipment Clause in Contracts

Personal Computer Equipment. No personal computers and/or personal electronic devices, such as 8 tablets and laptop computers, or any component thereof, may be purchased with 9 funds provided under this Agreement, regardless of purchase price, without 10 prior written approval of ADMINISTRATOR. Any such purchase shall be in 11 accordance with specifications provided by ADMINISTRATOR, be subject to the 12 same inventory control conditions specified in Subparagraphs 17.1.1 to 17.1.4, 13 and, at the sole discretion of ADMINISTRATOR, become the property of COUNTY 14 upon termination of this Agreement.

Personal Computer Equipment. 6 No personal computers and/or personal electronic devices, such as 8 7 tablets and laptop computers, or any component thereof, may be purchased with 9 8 funds provided under this Agreement, Agreement regardless of purchase price, without 10 prior 9 written approval of ADMINISTRATOR. Any such purchase shall be in 11 accordance 10 with specifications provided by ADMINISTRATOR, be subject to the 12 same inventory 11 control conditions specified in Subparagraphs 17.1.1 to 17.1.4, 13 and, at the 12 sole discretion of ADMINISTRATOR, become the property of COUNTY 14 upon termination 13 of this Agreement.

Any such purchase shall be in 11 6 accordance with specifications provided by ADMINISTRATOR, be subject to the 12 7 same inventory control conditions specified in Subparagraphs 17.1.1 18.1.1 to 17.1.4, 13 18.1.4 8 and, at the sole discretion of ADMINISTRATOR, become the property of COUNTY 14 9 upon termination of this Agreement.

Any such purchase shall be in 11 3 accordance with specifications provided by ADMINISTRATOR, be subject to the 12 4 same inventory control conditions specified in Subparagraphs 17.1.1 18.1.1 to 17.1.4, 13 18.1.4 5 and, at the sole discretion of ADMINISTRATOR, become the property of COUNTY 14 6 upon termination of this Agreement.

Any such purchase thereof purchased 14 shall be in 11 accordance with specifications provided by ADMINISTRATOR, be 15 subject to the 12 same inventory control conditions specified in Subparagraphs 17.1.1 Subparagraphs 16 19.1.1 to 17.1.4, 13 19.1.4 and, at the sole discretion of ADMINISTRATOR, become the 17 property of COUNTY 14 upon termination of this Agreement.

Any such purchase personal computers 3 or any component thereof purchased shall be in 11 accordance with computer 4 specifications provided by ADMINISTRATOR, be subject to the 12 same inventory 5 control conditions specified in Subparagraphs 17.1.1 to 17.1.4, 13 17.1.4 and, at the 6 sole discretion of ADMINISTRATOR, become the property of COUNTY 14 upon 7 termination of this Agreement.
