Common use of Personal Computer Equipment Clause in Contracts

Personal Computer Equipment. Immediately prior to the Closing, the Seller shall remove all data and information with respect to the Intellectual Property Rights and Licensed Rights (other than generally available software) relating to the Assets or Assumed Liabilities stored on personal computing equipment not being transferred to the Purchaser under this Agreement from such personal computing equipment. Prior to the Closing Date the Purchaser and each of the owners of such personal computing equipment shall enter into a confidentiality agreement on customary terms reasonably acceptable to the parties.
