Common use of Personal Days Off Clause in Contracts

Personal Days Off. Employees are allowed flexibility through the use of Personal Days Off to be off work with pay, subject to approval by management. Such time will be approved to the extent practicable consistent with force requirements. Each employee who has completed six (6) months of service will be eligible for seven (7) paid Personal Days Off each vacation year. The Company may at its discretion place employees on Personal Days Off and require them to take Personal Days Off at a specified time.
