Personal Days Off. Ef fective January 1, 1973, all regular full-time employees who have completed their pro bationary period will be entitled to two (2) additional personal holidays per calendar year. It shall be the employees’ option to use such days as either added vacation time or scheduled off at a mutually agreeable time with one (1) week’s prior notice from the employee. There will be no carry over of such personal holidays if not taken. The computation of pay for the additional days off shall be the same as that which is set forth in Section 6.2 above.
