PERSONAL PROPERTY COVERAGE Clause Samples

The Personal Property Coverage clause defines the insurance protection provided for an individual's belongings against covered risks such as theft, fire, or certain types of accidental damage. This coverage typically applies to items like furniture, electronics, clothing, and other personal possessions, whether they are located at the insured's residence or, in some cases, temporarily off-premises. Its core function is to ensure that policyholders are financially protected from loss or damage to their personal property, thereby reducing the financial burden of replacing or repairing these items after an insured event.
