Common use of Personal Security Requirements Clause in Contracts

Personal Security Requirements. Contractor shall require all its affiliates and subcontractors, as a condition to their engagement, to agree to be bound by provisions substantially the same as those included in this Agreement related to information security matters only. Contractor shall not knowingly permit a representative or subcontractor to have access to CSU records, confidential data, or premises of the CSU when such representative or subcontractor has been convicted of a felony.
