PERSONNEL ASSIGNMENTS. July 4 - The City agrees that two (2) weeks in advance of July 4th it will post, on the official bulletin boards, a list of those scheduled to work on July 4th. In order to facilitate the department meeting its two (2) weeks in advance posting requirement, the shift sign-up list will be posted for a period of two (2) weeks starting on or about June 1. Employees are expected to complete the shift sign-up list as soon as possible after it has been posted.
