PHASE I – Design Services. The Phase I – Design Services Scope of Work and Fee Schedule for the Project is attached hereto as Exhibit A. This Phase of the Contract shall consist of the design and permitting of the Project. CITY agrees to pay to DESIGN- BUILDER an amount not to exceed Two Million One Hundred, Sixty Seven Thousand, Five Hundred Twenty Dollars and Seven Cents ($2,167,520.07) for completion of the above Phase I services.
