Common use of Phase-in Period Clause in Contracts

Phase-in Period. The Parties will mutually agree within fifteen (15) days of the Effective Date on the initial Forecast and delivery schedule (“Phase In Period”) * * *; provided however, the Phase In Period will not exceed * * * from the Effective Date.
