Phase Two Clause Samples

The 'Phase Two' clause defines the commencement and scope of the second stage of a project or agreement. Typically, this clause outlines the conditions that must be met to transition from Phase One to Phase Two, such as completion of initial deliverables, approval by both parties, or achievement of specific milestones. It may also specify the objectives, timelines, and responsibilities unique to Phase Two, ensuring all parties understand what is expected during this stage. The core function of this clause is to provide a clear framework for progressing the project in structured phases, reducing ambiguity and helping manage expectations as the agreement advances.
