PHOTOGRAPHS AND IMAGES Sample Clauses

The "Photographs and Images" clause governs the use, ownership, and rights associated with photographs and images created or used under the agreement. Typically, it specifies whether the client or the service provider retains copyright, outlines permissions for reproduction or publication, and may address requirements for attribution or restrictions on commercial use. This clause ensures that both parties clearly understand how images can be used, helping to prevent disputes over intellectual property and unauthorized usage.
