Common use of Physical Delivery Clause in Contracts

Physical Delivery. All notices must be in writing, except as provided in § 31.2. Any document, including a signed document or 528 notice, delivered to Buyer shall be effective when physically received by ▇▇▇▇▇, any signator on behalf of ▇▇▇▇▇, any named individual of Buyer, 529 any representative of Buyer, or Brokerage Firm of Broker working with ▇▇▇▇▇ (except for delivery, after Closing, of the notice requesting 530 mediation described in § 23) and except as provided in § 31.2 below.
