PICKET LINE CLAUSE. 6.1 It shall not be a violation of this Agreement, and it shall not be cause for discharge or disciplinary action in the event an employee refuses to go through or work behind a primary picket line. However, if the employee elects not to cross the primary picket line at the Company’s place of business, all benefit contributions including health, welfare and pension shall immediately cease. Vacations, holidays, etc., shall not be paid while employees refuse to cross the primary picket line.
