Picnic Shelters Clause Samples

The "Picnic Shelters" clause establishes the rules and conditions for the use of designated picnic shelters within a property or facility. It typically outlines who may reserve or use the shelters, any applicable fees, time limits, and responsibilities for cleanup or damages. By clearly defining these terms, the clause helps manage access, prevent conflicts over usage, and maintain the condition of the shelters for all users.

The contractor will be notified when shelters are reserved by the public and will ensure that the shelter and adjacent areas are adequately cleaned prior to the scheduled arrival of the reservation holder, in addition to regular scheduled cleaning.
