Piecework average. When an employee or his/her employer so requires, any employee shall have his/her personal hourly wage determined according to his/her average piecework earnings of the previous quarter ÷ 10%, but never below the personal hourly wage.

  • Mileage Measurement Where required, the mileage measurement for LIS rate elements is determined in the same manner as the mileage measurement for V&H methodology as outlined in NECA Tariff No. 4.

  • Night Shift Differential Unit 12 employees who regularly work shifts shall receive a night shift differential as set forth below: A. Employees shall qualify for the first night shift pay differential of forty (40) cents per hour where four (4) or more hours of the regularly scheduled work shift falls between 6 p.m. and 12 midnight.   • Compressed Work Week The Company and Union recognize the concept of the compressed work week. It is further understood that the compressed work week conditions will apply only to those departments that are on the compressed work week.

  • Work Week The work week will begin at 12:00 a.m. on Sunday and end at 11:59 p.m. the following Saturday.

  • Check Meters Developer, at its option and expense, may install and operate, on its premises and on its side of the Point of Interconnection, one or more check meters to check Connecting Transmission Owner’s meters. Such check meters shall be for check purposes only and shall not be used for the measurement of power flows for purposes of this Agreement, except as provided in Article 7.4 below. The check meters shall be subject at all reasonable times to inspection and examination by Connecting Transmission Owner or its designee. The installation, operation and maintenance thereof shall be performed entirely by Developer in accordance with Good Utility Practice.
