Pilot Pay Sample Clauses

Pilot Pay. Personnel designated by the Chief State Patrol Officer as State Patrol Pilots (Fixed Wing) and licensed by the F.A.A. as Fixed Wing pilots shall receive a differential equal to 11% of his/her base pay, in addition to that base pay. Personnel designated by the Chief State Patrol Officer as State Patrol Pilots (Helicopter) licensed by the F.A.A. as Helicopter Pilots shall receive a differential equal to 13% of his/her base pay, in addition to that base pay. The Chief Pilot as designated by the Chief State Patrol Officer shall be compensated at the same rate of pay as Captain during his/her assignment as Chief Pilot. If any State Patrol Pilot holds both the Fixed Wings and Helicopter pilot ratings, he/she shall receive compensation for the Helicopter Pilot rating only.
Pilot Pay. Employees assigned to perform pilot duties will receive assignment pay of 8% above base pay.

  • Merit Pay It is the parties’ intent to not simultaneously provide employees with both: a) the wage premiums referenced in Subsection A of this Agreement, and b) an above-top-step merit premium program.   • Longevity Pay If an employee leaves State Classified employment and later is rehired, he/she shall receive no longevity pay. However, once such a rehired employee has been in pay status for five (5) years, all previous service time shall be credited for longevity pay. The only exception shall be for employees rehired who repay severance pay received. (See Article 22, Section Q.)
