Pilot Program Sample Clauses
A Pilot Program clause establishes a temporary or trial phase for a new product, service, or process within a contractual relationship. It typically outlines the scope, duration, and evaluation criteria for the pilot, specifying how performance will be measured and what happens at the end of the trial period. This clause allows parties to test and assess the feasibility or effectiveness of an initiative before committing to a full-scale implementation, thereby reducing risk and providing a structured opportunity for feedback and adjustment.
