On the following road, Purchaser may extend pioneering subgrade to access rock sources with rock pit development equipment and off-highway dump trucks with written approval from the Contract Administrator. Purchaser shall follow these standards for road grade and alignment:  Grade and alignment must have smooth continuity, without abrupt changes in direction.  Maximum grades may not exceed 18 percent favorable and 15 percent adverse.  Minimum curve radius is 60 feet at centerline.  Maximum grade change for sag vertical curves is 5% in 100 feet.  Maximum grade change for crest vertical curves is 4% in 100 feet.

Stumps outside the grubbing limits remain if cut no higher than 1 foot or one-third of the ▇▇▇▇▇ diameter, whichever is greater, above the original ground, measured on the uphill side, unless otherwise designated. Grub all stumps from the Roadway, or stumps that have less than 1 foot of cover, in the Fill slopes, providing they do not interfere with the placement or compaction of embankments.

Due to restrictions of the ▇▇▇▇▇ Creek Watershed Analysis Prescriptions road pioneering will not extend beyond 500 feet of completed road from May 1st through October 15th. Pioneering will not extend past construction that will be completed by October 15th.   • Engineering Forest Service completed survey and design for Specified Roads prior to timber sale advertisement, unless otherwise shown in A8 or Purchaser survey and design are specified in A7. On those roads for which Forest Service completes the design during the contract, the design quantities shall be used as the basis for revising estimated costs stated in the Schedule of Items and adjusting Timber Sale Account. (a) A7 to show Purchaser’s performance responsibility. (b) The Schedule of Items to include costs of survey and design, as provided under B5.24, and adjust Timber Sale Account, as provided in B5.

  • Manufacturing (a) The Supplier shall without limitation be responsible, at no additional cost to the Purchaser, for: sourcing and procuring all raw materials for the Products; obtaining all necessary approvals, permits and licenses for the manufacturing of the Products; providing sufficient qualified staff and workers to perform the obligations under this Purchase Agreement; implementing and maintaining effective inventory and production control procedures with respect to the Products; and handling other matters as reasonably requested by the Purchaser from time to time. (b) The Supplier shall not change any process, material, component, packaging or manufacturing location without the Purchaser’s express prior written approval.

  • Reverse Engineering The Customer must not reverse assemble or reverse compile or directly or indirectly allow or cause a third party to reverse assemble or reverse compile the whole or any part of the software or any products supplied as a part of the Licensed System.

  • Fabrication Making up data or results and recording or reporting them.

  • Infrastructure Modification of the location and/or sizing of the infrastructure for the Project that does not materially change the functionality of the infrastructure.
