Common use of PJM Requirements Clause in Contracts

PJM Requirements. ‌ The Parties acknowledge and agree that, as members of PJM, each of them is bound by the PJM Agreements and any other operating instructions, policies and procedures set forth by PJM. The ▇▇▇▇ Supplier acknowledges and agrees that it will cooperate with DP&L, PJM and the applicable balancing authority and reliability coordinator so that DP&L will be in compliance with all PJM emergency operations procedures, which include procedures pertaining to minimum and maximum generation Emergencies, and measures requiring involuntary Customer participation, such as supply voltage reduction or full interruption of Customer load by either manual or automatic means.
