Placement of Material in Personnel File. Except as set forth below, any document relating to a Member’s employment status with the City shall be maintained in the Member’s personnel file provided, however that a Member’s personnel file may be kept in various locations throughout the City. Medical and psychological records shall not be kept in the Member’s personnel file, but shall be kept in a separate file.
