The determination of Total Salary for a Teacher returning from leave shall be made in accordance with the rights and subject to the conditions with respect to Total Salary which were given or imposed as terms under which the leave was granted. B.2.4. A Teacher's advancement on the salary grid for the following school year for increased Teaching Experience may be withheld only for just cause and upon written notice to the Teacher prior to April 30 in the preceding school year, stating the reasons why advancement is to be withheld.
