Placement Process for Subsequent Vacancies Sample Clauses

The "Placement Process for Subsequent Vacancies" clause defines the procedures to be followed when new job openings arise after the initial hiring or assignment period. Typically, this clause outlines the steps for advertising vacancies, the criteria for candidate eligibility, and the order of consideration, such as giving priority to internal candidates or those affected by previous layoffs. Its core function is to ensure a fair and transparent process for filling positions that become available later, thereby promoting organizational consistency and reducing disputes over hiring practices.
