Plan Types. The following plans under clauses (i), (ii) and (iii) are not “like-type plans” and are treated as separate from each other: (i) all Elective Deferral Account Balance Plans (including for aggregation purposes only, Separation Pay Plans based on Voluntary Separation from Service); (ii) all Employer Contribution Account Balance Plans (including for aggregation purposes only, Separation Pay Plans based on Voluntary Separation from Service); and (iii) all Separation Pay Plans based on Involuntary Separation from Service or under a Window Program.
Plan Types. Your Offer of Service is summarised on a Consent Form that you must sign to initiate this Contract and this provides the details of: (a) Our Pool Equipment that will be installed at your pool; (b) Your applicable electricity tariffs and rates which are further detailed in the accompanying Energy and Pool Services Price Fact Sheet; (c) Your Pool Services rates which are further detailed in the accompanying Energy and Pool Services Price Fact Sheet; (d) Other product or service options you select and the respective charges that may apply; and (e) Any equipment that is sold to you for your pool or premises. The electricity tariff will initially be generally the same type as with your previous electricity retailer and may be the tariff appropriate to the type of Electricity Meter installed at your premises. Within the limitations of your meter, you may elect to have any tariff offered by Pooled Energy and you may change this tariff upon request to us, once per annum. If your meter is subsequently changed by us or by your electricity distributor, then your tariffs may change. If you do not have a Smart Meter at your premises, we may seek to install one and you agree to accept the installation of a smart meter via an authorised supplier. The Pool Services detailed in your Offer of Service will generally include the provision of pool equipment owned by us, pool equipment sold to you and ongoing services for the term of this contract.
Plan Types. Current employees hired prior to 7/12/2016 and who meet the requirements set forth in this section shall be vested in the flat dollar contribution rates set forth in the chart below.   • Trunk Types 2.2.1 In interconnecting their networks pursuant to this Attachment, the Parties will use, as appropriate, the following separate and distinct trunk groups: 2.2.1.1 Interconnection Trunks for the transmission and routing of Reciprocal Compensation Traffic, translated LEC IntraLATA toll free service access code (e.g., 800/888/877) traffic, and IntraLATA Toll Traffic, between their respective Telephone Exchange Service Customers, Tandem Transit Traffic, and, Measured Internet Traffic, all in accordance with Sections 5 through 8 of this Attachment; 2.2.1.2 Access Toll Connecting Trunks for the transmission and routing of Exchange Access traffic, including translated InterLATA toll free service access code (e.g., 800/888/877) traffic, between Ymax Telephone Exchange Service Customers and purchasers of Switched Exchange Access Service via a Verizon access Tandem in accordance with Sections 9 through 11 of this Attachment; and 2.2.1.3 Miscellaneous Trunk Groups as mutually agreed to by the Parties, including, but not limited to: (a) choke trunks for traffic congestion and testing; and, (b) untranslated IntraLATA/InterLATA toll free service access code (e.g. 800/888/877) traffic. 2.2.2 Other types of trunk groups may be used by the Parties as provided in other Attachments to this Agreement (e.g., 911/E911 Trunks) or in other separate agreements between the Parties (e.g., directory assistance trunks, operator services trunks, BLV/BLVI trunks or trunks for 500/555 traffic). 2.2.3 In accordance with the terms of this Agreement, the Parties will deploy One-Way Interconnection Trunks (trunks with traffic going in one direction, including one-way trunks and uni-directional two-way trunks) and/or Two-Way Interconnection Trunks (trunks with traffic going in both directions). 2.2.4 Ymax shall establish, at the technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in a LATA, separate Interconnection Trunk group(s) between such POI(s) and each Verizon Tandem in a LATA with a subtending End Office(s) to which Ymax originates calls for Verizon to terminate. 2.2.5 In the event the volume of traffic between a Verizon End Office and a technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in a LATA, which is carried by a Final Tandem Interconnection Trunk group, exceeds (a) the Centium Call Seconds (Hundred Call Seconds) busy hour equivalent of one (1) DS1 at any time; (b) 200,000 minutes of use for a single month; and/or; (c) 600 busy hour Centium Call Seconds (BHCCS) of use for a single month: (i) if One-Way Interconnection Trunks are used, the originating Party shall promptly establish new or augment existing End Office One-Way Interconnection Trunk groups between the Verizon End Office and the technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon’s network; or,

  • Account Types The Financial Institution agrees that each Collateral Account is, and will be maintained as, either a “securities account” (as defined in Section 8-501 of the UCC) or a “deposit account” (as defined in Section 9-102(a)(29) of the UCC).

  • Other Plans No amounts of income received by the Optionee pursuant to this Grant Agreement shall be considered compensation for purposes of any pension or retirement plan, insurance plan or any other employee benefit plan of the Company or its subsidiaries, unless otherwise expressly provided in such plan.

  • Types The types of insurance the Contractor is required to obtain and maintain, for the full period of the Contract, will be: Workmen's Compensation Insurance, Comprehensive General Liability Insurance as detailed in the following portions of this specification as applicable.

  • Certain Types of Accounts (a) You may instruct FIIOC to register purchased shares in your name and account as nominee for your customers. If you hold Portfolio shares as nominee for your customers, all Prospectuses, proxy statements, periodic reports, and other printed material will be sent to you, and all confirmations and other communications to shareholders will be transmitted to you. You will be responsible for forwarding such printed material, confirmations, and communications, or the information contained therein, to all customers for whose account you hold any Portfolio shares as nominee. However, we or FIIOC on behalf of itself or the Portfolios will be responsible for the costs associated with your forwarding such printed material, confirmations, and communications. You will be responsible for complying with all reporting and tax withholding requirements with respect to the customers for whose account you hold any Portfolio shares as nominee. (b) With respect to accounts other than those accounts referred to in paragraph 4(a) above, you agree to provide us with all information (including certification of taxpayer identification numbers and back-up withholding instructions) necessary or appropriate for us to comply with legal and regulatory reporting requirements. (c) Accounts opened or maintained pursuant to the NETWORKING system of the National Securities Clearing Corporation ("NSCC") will be governed by applicable NSCC rules and procedures and any agreement or other arrangement with us relating to NETWORKING. (d) If you hold Portfolio shares in an omnibus account for two or more customers, you will be responsible for determining, in accordance with the Prospectus, whether, and the extent to which, a CDSC is applicable to a purchase of Portfolio shares from such a customer, and you agree to transmit immediately to us any CDSC to which such purchase was subject. You hereby represent that if you hold Portfolio shares subject to a CDSC, you have the capability to track and account for such charge, and we reserve the right, at our discretion, to verify that capability by inspecting your tracking and accounting system or otherwise.
