Common use of Planning and Evaluation Clause in Contracts

Planning and Evaluation. 13.1 The Organisation will provide for planning, development and self-evaluation on an ongoing basis in consultation with consumers, other project providers and Council. Planning includes the assessment of existing projects, the identification of priority needs and target groups and evaluation of the achievement of the stated objectives as detailed in Schedule 3. 13.2 Council may conduct evaluations of its funding program under which the Funds are provided. In such cases, Council will advise the Organisation of the evaluation as it relates to the Partnership.
