Common use of Planning Coordination Clause in Contracts

Planning Coordination. At the request of the School District or the City, the parties shall collaborate on specific planning efforts to the benefit of both parties. Examples of such planning efforts may include but are not limited to on-street parking, stormwater management, zoning and use of properties owned by the School District, and use of properties jointly owned by the School District and the City.
