Common use of Player Terminals Clause in Contracts

Player Terminals. All Player Terminals shall conform at a minimum to the requirements of this Section 5.0. 5.1 Use as a Stand-Alone Gambling Device Prohibited. No Player Terminal shall be capable of being used as a stand-alone unit for the purposes of engaging in any gambling game, including but not limited to the lottery games described in this compact, or in any other way prohibited in this Appendix.
