Please attach a list of hosted Supplier Forums for New York State firms including proof of planning activities, event venues, date selection and attendance as Appendix D.6 to this report. Please attach a list of dollars per quarter spent (not budgeted or allocated) in pursuit of community benefit funds, grants, apprenticeship and internships, educational cooperative efforts, or training as Appendix F.1 to this report.
