The Point of Collection clause defines the specific moment or location at which personal data is gathered from individuals. Point of Collection. Collection shall be made at the curbside. Back door service is available for an extra fee.
Point of Collection. All curbside collection service will occur at the curbside (i.e., no alley collections of residential recyclables are allowed for residents with curbside collection service). Walk Up Service A service for seniors, disabled and/or special needs residents who request for special service where the driver will walk up to the resident's garage door, stoop or other designated spot to collect recyclable material for loading onto the truck. The driver then returns the bins/carts to the same location. The City will compile a list of such service requests and present to the contractor 30 days prior to the first collection for those residents who will receive the service upon start of contract. The Contractor will take calls directly from residents who request this service and add them to the walk up service list as needed throughout the duration of the contract.
Point of Collection. Debris Boxes shall be placed at locations which are mutually agreed upon by the Customer and the Contractor, and which are convenient for collection by the Contractor. Where mutual agreement is not reached, the City Representative shall designate the location. In no case, however, shall a Debris Box be located where it obstructs the travel lane of public right of way. All Debris Boxes shall have reflective stripes and other safety features reasonably determined by the City Representative.
Point of Collection. All Solid Waste, Organics, and Recyclables collected pursuant to this Agreement become the property of Contractor at the point of Collection, however, Authority may elect to retain ownership of all or select portions of the Solid Waste, Organics, and Recyclables collected by notifying Contractor of its decision in writing. The decision will only affect the ownership of those portions of Solid Waste, Organics, and Recyclables collected by Contractor after delivery of the notice and may not be applied retroactively. Authority retains the right, at all times, to direct Disposal or processing of all portions of the Solid Waste, Organics, and Recyclables collected under this Agreement.

  • Cost of Collection If default is made in the payment of this Note, Borrower shall pay the Holder hereof reasonable costs of collection, including reasonable attorneys' fees.

  • Costs of Collection In the event that after an Event of Default and during the continuance thereof: (a) the Note or any of the Loan Documents is placed in the hands of an attorney for collection or enforcement or is collected or enforced through any legal proceeding; (b) an attorney is retained to represent Lender in any bankruptcy, reorganization, receivership, or other proceedings affecting creditors’ rights and involving a claim under the Note or any of the Loan Documents or (c) an attorney is retained to protect or enforce the lien or any of the terms of this Agreement, the Pledge Agreement or any of the Loan Documents, then, in any such instance, Borrower shall pay to Lender all reasonable attorneys’ fees, costs and expenses actually incurred in connection therewith, including costs of appeal, together with interest on any judgment obtained by Lender at the Default Rate.

  • Deposit of Collections The Borrower shall promptly (but in no event later than two Business Days after receipt) deposit or cause to be deposited into the Collection Account any and all Available Collections received by the Borrower, the Servicer or any of their Affiliates.

  • Accounts Collection At any time after the occurrence and during the continuation of an Event of Default, Bank may notify any Person owing funds to Borrower of Bank’s security interest in such funds and verify the amount of such Account.
