Points of Assembly. (a) Every employee will be assigned a regular point of assembly. Unless otherwise specified in this agreement, an employee shall commence and terminate each day's work at their point of assembly. (b) Except for those points of assembly specified in Appendix 1, and other previously agreed upon points of assembly, all other points of assembly shall be mutually agreed upon at the local level between the Union and the Employer. This includes the creation of new points of assembly when the Employer establishes new worksites.
